1. Introduction

Welcome to Ambient Home Stay. By booking or using our services at The Ambient Suite, The Bed & Rock, and The Ambient Express, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A booking is confirmed only after receiving full or partial payment.
• Guests must provide valid government-issued ID(Adahar card, Voter id, Driving licence or passport) at check-in.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect property rules.
• Any damage to property will be chargeable.
• Illegal activities, smoking in restricted areas, or disturbance to other guests is strictly prohibited.

5. Payment Policy

• Payments can be made via online transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.
• Prices may vary based on season, demand, and availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation terms are subject to the refund policy (see Refund Policy page).
• No-shows may result in full booking amount being charged.

7. Liability

• Ambient Home Stay is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
• Guests are advised to take care of their valuables.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
