REFUND POLICY

1. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours may incur partial or full charges.
  • No refund for no-shows or early check-outs.

2. Refund Processing

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Bookings

  • Certain discounted or promotional bookings may be non-refundable.
  • This will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

5. Service Issues

In case of valid complaints, refunds or adjustments may be considered at management discretion.

6. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
